How if i forgot my username

  1. Please go to mynic.my > Login
  2. Click on "Forgot Username"
  3. Enter the Contact Code "DCAxxxxxx"
  4. Select Option "a)"
  5. Check the Contact Code email whether receive the login username

 

How if i forgot my password

  1. Go to mynic.my > Login
  2. Click on "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter the Contact Code "DCAxxxxxxx" and username
  4. Click Reset Password
  5. Check the Contact Code email whether receive the reset password URL
  6. Click the URL to reset password
  7. Login again via mynic.my > login
