We're writing to inform you about an important scheduled upgrade to our (DA5) da5.controlpanel.my server. This upgrade is a part of our commitment to continually provide you with the best possible service.
The new server comes equipped with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, DDR5 Memory, and NVMe Gen4 SSD, which will significantly enhance server performance and latency.
Please note that as a part of this upgrade, there will be changes to the IP addressing. If your services are affected by these changes, you will receive a detailed email outlining the new IP configurations. This is to ensure that you have all the necessary information to minimize any potential disruption to your daily operations.
The transition will be carried out with the utmost care to ensure a smooth process. We are thoroughly prepared to quickly sync the data between servers, in order to minimize downtime.
Our team has scheduled this upgrade for 07/09/2023 (Thursday), from 1 AM to 3 AM. We estimate the entire process will take approximately 2 hours, during which there may be intermittent downtime.
