Today, we're delighted to introduce several significant changes that we've made to elevate our services and make your interactions with us even smoother.
Enhanced User Interface and Improved Interactivity of our Portal:
We are excited to announce the launch of an entirely redesigned interface for our portal. This new interface reflects our unwavering dedication to enhancing user interaction and making our service even more user-friendly than before. We invite you to access the portal and experience the changes for yourself. We're eager to hear your thoughts – your insights help us know where we can do even better. Share your feedback with our team – we're excited to hear from you!
Displaying Only Active Services and Domains:
In response to our user feedback, we've made it simpler for service and domain management on our portal. Now our portal automatically displays only active services and domains, and hides unnecessary expired or terminated services and domains. This way, you can focus on the services and domains that matter most. Rest assured, your old domains and services remain intact. Should you wish to access them, a simple toggle button is provided to seamlessly reveal the hidden items.
Pricing Adjustment for .COM Domains:
As we approach September, we must share some less favorable news. Unfortunately, there will be a price adjustment again for .COM domains starting next month. As we shared the news last year that Verisign, the registry responsible for managing .COM domains, announced a price increase for .COM domains 7% every year and planned it for 10 years which is up to 2030. So this year the price will be increased again for .COM domain registration, renewal and transfer. The final price will be updated automatically on our portal on the 1st of September 2023. Please note that this change is beyond our control and is a result of external factors. We are committed to providing you with the best value possible and will continue to strive for competitive pricing in the face of these changes.
We hope you're excited about the improvements to our portal and some new features that we're updating. While we understand the upcoming price adjustment for .COM domains isn't great news, please know that we're in this together. We hope you should also be prepared and planned carefully for upcoming years to 2030 as the price will be kept updated. These changes are beyond our control but necessary for us to keep providing our services.
