We are excited to announce two new updates coming at ServerMY.
First, we have added a new payment gateway that allows you to pay either via Online banking (FPX) or using your credit/debit card. With this new option, you can enjoy more convenience and flexibility when making payments online. Besides that, you also can enable automatic payment if you pay with credit/debit card, you just need to tick "Remember my card for future purchases" during the payment process, so in future, our system will automatically try to charge your card when near to due date. Please choose "FPX & Debit/Credit Card" as payment method during checkout to enable this feature. We also want to assure you that this new payment gateway is more safe and secure, as we do not store any unnecessary data at our end or at 3rd party and it is PCI-DSS compliant.
Second, for DA1, DA2, DA3, and DA4 DirectAdmin hosting servers, we have enabled a new remote backup system that allows you to store automatically 7 daily backups, 4 weekly backups, and 6 monthly backups under “Acronis backup”. This feature will help you protect your data and restore it easily in case of any issues directly via DirectAdmin without required to open ticket with us as before. This feature will be shown on your account by phase and estimated to be complete by 20 March 2023.
